The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project are agreed separately in writing (via proposal, quote, or contract) between AlleySol and the client before work begins.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes:

4. Project & Payment Terms

Once a project begins, the following general principles apply, subject to any specific written agreement:

• Project scope, pricing, timelines, and payment schedules are outlined in a proposal or contract agreed upon before work starts
• Deposits or milestone payments may be required before work begins or continues
• Delays caused by late client feedback, missing content/assets, or scope changes may extend delivery timelines
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, communicated and approved in advance
• Refund eligibility, if any, is determined on a project-by-project basis as outlined in the individual service agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of AlleySol and protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated.

For client projects: upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (source code, designs, written content) transfers to the client as specified in the relevant service agreement, except for any third-party tools, licensed assets, or frameworks used, which remain subject to their own licensing terms.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Site and services may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools (such as WhatsApp, Google Analytics, hosting providers, or payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by AlleySol. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and general service descriptions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality software development and digital marketing services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as search engine rankings, exact traffic numbers, or sales figures) except where explicitly agreed in a written contract.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project or engagement as outlined in the specific service agreement for that project. AlleySol reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a specific client contract states otherwise for projects governed under Saudi Arabian or United States jurisdiction based on the client's location and agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
